Elopements are going to be the new trend this year... I have already had a ton of postponements to 2021, but couples are still attached to their 2020 date and are asking to still do a micro wedding on that date and plan the reception later.
This is an amazing way to put a spin on the situation and to really have a beautiful moment
with just the two of you.
This wedding was from a few years ago but it consisted of just the couple, their daughter and their mums and I was blown away by how special intimate weddings can be and how beautiful the story is photographically speaking.
Truth be told I am so excited to do small weddings during this crazy pandemic time. Bring them on!
Here is a 2 hour wedding with just their mums, their daughter and the couple. We started with a reveal at Waterloo Park and then went to Waterloo City hall for the ceremony.
We then took a few more photos at Cambridge Mill where they celebrated with their mums with a special dinner.
It was a cold rainy windy day, but the moody clouds and wind really added an element of drama and these are some of my favorite wedding photos still to this day.
And they lived happily ever after and had two more daughters... This was a true story.
